Sacred Women’s Breathwork Healing Session

Women are craving more community in sacred spaces where they can connect with each other and heal together. Come join us at Prana House, in a beautiful, sacred space where you will be uplifted by like-minded women and feel safe to be seen and heard. 

I will guide the group on a breathwork journey that allows you to let go of your mind, old patterns, limiting beliefs, and your inner critic. The breath will naturally move stuck energy out so that your body, mind, and soul have the space to expand into new energy: the energy of self love. 

I can’t wait to see you and take you on a magical journey of healing alongside a group of beautiful women just like you!
